Honeyed Pineapple Relish

2 tsp. Cilantro
2 tsp. Chile Lime Sea Salt
1 Tbsp. Honey - Granulated
1 pineapple (if desired buy peeled, cored, and sliced for ease of preparation)
1 orange bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 lime, juiced
Extra lime wedges for serving
CHOP off both ends of the pineapple. Cut it into halves and trim off the skin.

GRILL the halves on both sides until they start turning a golden brown. Set aside to cool.

Once cooled, slice each piece in half and then slice and discard the hard core from each quarter.

Dice the remaining pineapple.

ADD the pineapple and other ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Toss until combined.

Spritz with extra lime wedges if desired.
