For Beet & Garlic Hummus:2 ½ tsp Beetroot Powder1 tsp Roasted Black Garlic Sea Salt½ cup tahini½ cup extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for garnishing2 15-oz cans of chickpeas, drained and liquid reservedJuice of one lemon5-6 whole chickpeas, optional for garnish
