Holiday Cheermeister Cocktail
Enjoying a festive sip is a sure way to get into the spirit of the season. Featuring Honeybee Ginger Elixir and Marrakesh Mint Tea this refreshing and crisp cocktail has a double dose of ginger flavor making it the perfect drink for the holidays!
From The Spice & Tea Exchange
1 Tbsp. Honeybee Ginger Elixir
1 Tbsp. Pound Cake Sugar
1 tsp. Marrakesh Mint
From the Grocer
½ cup pomegranate juice
Juice of ½ a lime
2-4 Tbsp. Ginger simple syrup
2-3 ounces tequila
Ginger beer or sparkling water for topping
Mint leaves, garnish
Create a Simple Syrup (best if prepared ahead):
STEEP 8oz water with Honeybee Ginger Elixir per package directions. Strain tea water and set aside. Discard tea leaves.
ADD brewed tea and Pound Cake Sugar to a medium saucepan. Bring ingredients to a boil while stirring occasionally.
ONCE boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
REMOVE from heat. Strain and set aside to chill before use.
Create the Cocktail:
FILL your glass halfway with ice. Add the pomegranate juice, 1/3 cup of Marrakesh Mint Tea, lime juice, Honeybee Simple Syrup, and tequila.
STIR to combine and top with ginger beer. Garnish with mint.
Remaining simple syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks!
