IN a medium-sized pot, boil potatoes until tender, 15-20 mins. Drain.
ADD potatoes, Autumn Harvest Spice Blend, granulated sugar, Sweet Onion Sugar, and milk to a food processor and process until well blended. Pour into casserole dish.
MAKE the topping. In a large bowl mix brown sugar and flour. Add pecans and mix again. Add melted butter and mix well. SPRINKLE topping over potatoes and bake at 400°F for 35 mins.
