From The Spice & Tea Exchange®1 tsp Autumn Harvest Spice Blend¼ cup Sweet Onion SugarFrom the Grocer4 cups fresh sweet potatoes, skinned and cut into 1½” chunks¼ cup granulated sugar½ cup milk1 cup light brown sugar½ cup all-purpose flour1 cup chopped pecans½ stick melted butter
IN a medium-sized pot, boil potatoes until tender, 15-20 mins. Drain.ADD potatoes, Autumn Harvest Spice Blend, granulated sugar, Sweet Onion Sugar, and milk to a food processor and process until well blended. Pour into casserole dish.MAKE the topping. In a large bowl mix brown sugar and flour. Add pecans and mix again. Add melted butter and mix well. SPRINKLE topping over potatoes and bake at 400°F for 35 mins.Yield: 6-8 servingsTotal Time: 1 hr 5 minsPrep: 10 minsCook: 55 mins
