Ingredients

From TSTE®
¼ tsp TSTE® Garlic Powder 
¼ tsp TSTE® Himalayan Granules Mineral Salt, ground 
¼ tsp TSTE® 4 Peppercorn Spice Blend, ground 
1 tsp TSTE® Cilantro

From the Grocer
4 ripe avocados
¼ cup finely chopped onions
1 small tomato, diced
1 TBS lime juice

Preparation

CUT the avocados in half. Remove the pits and use a spoon to scoop the fleshy pulp into the molcajete.
CRUSH the pulp of the avocados in the molcajete by pounding with a pestle to desired consistency.
SEASON with TSTE® Garlic Powder, TSTE® Himalayan Granules Mineral Salt, TSTE® 4 Peppercorn Spice Blend, and TSTE® Cilantro. Add onion, tomato, and lime juice and mix thoroughly. Serve in the molcajete.
*For those who do not have a molcajete, a fork or a potato masher can also be used to mash the avocados into a paste.
