Summary

    1 Tbsp Grapefruit Basil Tea

    Lime Frost Sea Salt (optional drink rimmer)

    8 oz filtered water

    3-4 basil leaves

    2 grapefruit slices

    1 tsp of honey or agave

    1 cup of ice

    1.5 oz gin

    Cook Time

    15 mins.

    Yield
    1 serving

    HEAT filtered water to 212°F. Steep Grapefruit Basil Tea for 4 minutes. Strain. Let cool.

    MEASURE out 3.5 ounces of steeped tea and set aside.

    TEAR the basil leaves and place them into a cocktail shaker.

    ADD one slice of grapefruit and agave into the shaker and muddle together.

    ADD ice, gin, cooled tea, and shake.

    POUR into a coupe glass and garnish with fresh basil and a grapefruit wedge.

    Serving Suggestion:

    For some more zesty flavor rim the glass with Lime Frost Sea Salt.
