    1 Tbsp. Cranberry Apple Tart Herbal Tea
    1 Tbsp. Ginger Sugar

    From the Grocer
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup water
    1 bottle Champagne
    4 sprigs fresh rosemary
    fresh cranberries, as garnish

    Create a Simple Syrup (best if prepared ahead):
    STEEP 8oz water with Cranberry Apple Tart Herbal Tea per package directions. Strain tea water and set aside. Discard tea leaves.
    ADD brewed tea and sugar to a medium saucepan. Bring ingredients to a boil while stirring occasionally.
    ONCE boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
    REMOVE from heat. Strain and set aside to chill before use.

    Create the Cocktail:
    RIM flute glasses with Ginger sugar.
    FILL each flute with two tablespoons of Cranberry Apple Tart Simple Syrup. Add the champagne and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a few fresh cranberries.

    Quick Tip:
    Remaining simple syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks!
