Blackberry Salted Caramel Brownies
Blackberries mingle with warm gooey brownie and TSTE®Ã‚Â® Chocolate Sea Salt to make a divine dessert. Lightly dusted with TSTE®Ã‚Â® Salted Caramel Sugar, these brownies are a decadent treat.
¾ cup Cocoa - Natural
2 tsp. Madagascar Pure Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. Salted Caramel Sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
½ cup (1 stick) butter, cut into eighths
½ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
6 oz. container fresh blackberries
¾ cup caramel sauce
BLEND flour, baking powder, and ¼ tsp. Chocolate Sea Salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.
COMBINE butter, sugars, and Cocoa - Natural in a medium glass bowl. Microwave until butter is melted. Stir until smooth and allow to cool for 5 mins.
ADD eggs and Madagascar Pure Vanilla Extract and stir. Add flour mixture and stir until combined. Fold in blackberries.
POUR half of the batter into a greased 9x9 square pan. Spoon caramel evenly over top (reserve two Tbsp. for garnishing if desired). Gently spread remaining batter on top.
BAKE at 350°F for 35-40 mins. Allow to cool, then drizzle caramel sauce over top if desired. Sprinkle with Salted Caramel Sugar and remaining tsp. of Chocolate Sea Salt.
