Summary

    From The Spice & Tea Exchange
    2 Tbsp. Matcha Tea
    ½ tsp. Madagascar Pure Vanilla Extract

    From the Grocer
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
    1 box chocolate wafer cookies

    Preparation
    MIX butter, Madagascar Pure Vanilla Extract, and powder sugar until light and fluffy.
    SIFT Matcha Tea into the mixture (sifting will ensure no lumps).
    USING either a piping bag or spoon, place a dollop of frosting in the center a wafer cookie.
    TOP with another cookie, making sure to apply even pressure so that you do not break the cookies. Repeat!
    ENJOY immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Cookies will stay crisp for 2 days (after day 3 they will begin to soften, but still remain delicious!)
