Ginger Hibiscus Southern Iced Tea Sampler
All the essentials for making a thirst-quenching pitcher of Ginger Hibiscus Southern Iced Tea. Ginger Sugar & Hibiscus Flowers make an iced tea with a warm, fruity flavor; perfect for serving poolside and mixing tea cocktails. Southern Iced Tea Pouch sold separately. Includes: (2) 1 oz. Hibiscus Flowers - Cut & Sifted and (2) 1.5 oz. Ginger Sugar. Southern Iced Tea sold separately.
STEEP 2 oz (approx. 10 TBS) Southern Iced Tea + 1 oz Hibiscus Flowers in 1 gallon of water at 212° for 4 mins.
STRAIN.
STIR in 1.5 oz Ginger Sugar + ¾ cup white sugar (or ½ cup agave or honey) until dissolved.
ALLOW tea to cool at room temperature.
PLACE in the refrigerator to fully chill and then serve over ice.
