Ingredients

From TSTE®
1 oz TSTE® Mulling Mix Spice Blend
4 TBS TSTE® Ginger Sugar
1 TBS TSTE® Cloves - Whole, for garnish
1 TBS TSTE® Maple Syrup - Granulated
¼ tsp TSTE® Baker's Spice Blend

From the Grocer
750 ml bottle of red wine
1 orange wedge per glass
8 oz wheel of brie
1 cup unsweetened applesauce crackers

Preparation

Wine:
HEAT wine, TSTE® Mulling Mix Spice Blend (in a mesh bag or infuser) and TSTE® Ginger Sugar to simmer.
SIMMER 15 mins.
STUD orange wedges with TSTE® Cloves - Whole.
REMOVE TSTE® Mulling Mix Spice Blend and refrigerate for up to 2 more uses.
SERVE mulled wine in glasses garnished with studded orange wedge.

Brie:
PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
PLACE brie on parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake 5 mins.
MIX applesauce, TSTE® Maple Syrup - Granulated, and TSTE® Baker's Spice Blend.
SPREAD half on top of brie.
BAKE 5 more mins.
HEAT remaining applesauce and serve alongside baked brie with crackers.
