    750 ml bottle of red wine
    1 orange wedge per glass
    8 oz. wheel of brie
    1 cup unsweetened applesauce crackers

    40 mins.
    Cook Time
    25 mins.
    Yield
    1 appetizer and round of drinks
    Wine:
    HEAT wine, Mulling Mix Spice Blend (in a mesh bag or infuser) and Ginger Sugar to simmer.
    SIMMER 15 mins.
    STUD orange wedges with Cloves - Whole.
    REMOVE Mulling Mix Spice Blend and refrigerate for up to 2 more uses.
    SERVE mulled wine in glasses garnished with studded orange wedge. Brie:
    PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
    PLACE brie on parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake 5 mins.
    MIX applesauce, Maple Syrup - Granulated, and Baker's Spice Blend.
    SPREAD half on top of brie.
    BAKE 5 more mins.
    HEAT remaining applesauce and serve alongside baked brie with crackers.
