PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
On floured surface, cut dough into fourths, then each into 3 long noodles. Pull noodles to 12 inches long.
COMBINE TSTE® Ginger Sugar, TSTE® Cinnamon Sugar, and TSTE® Salted Caramel Sugar in flat bowl.
MIX egg and 1 TBS water in flat bowl.
DRAG each noodle through egg wash, then sugar mix, and place on lined cookie sheet. When you have 3 done, braid noodles. Repeat with remaining. Parchment will be messy!
SPRINKLE remaining sugar on braids. Cut each braid into 3 sections. Stagger, leaving 2 inches around each.
BAKE 10-12 mins at 375°F until slightly golden. Remove to wire rack immediately.
