From the Grocer2 cups butternut squash, peeled & cubed into 1” cubes2 cups cauliflower florets2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved top to bottom1 lb sweet Italian sausage links, cut in half lengthwise3 TBS unsalted butter
PREHEAT oven to 425°F.COMBINE squash, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts and Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a mixing bowl.ADD Paprika - Smoked Sweet, Aleppo Pepper Crushed, and 2 TBS Vik’s Garlic Fix. Mix to thoroughly combine.POUR prepared vegetables out onto a foil lined large baking pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Place sausage on top of the vegetables.ROAST in oven 40-50 mins, turning once, until vegetables and sausages are cooked and browned.MELT butter with 2 tsp Vik’s Garlic Fix in the microwave. Stir together and drizzle over top of vegetables and sausage.
