Darjeeling Sweet Potatoes

1/3 cup TSTE® Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp TSTE® Black Pepper - Medium Ground
1 TBS TSTE® Cyprus Black Lava Sea Salt
2 TBS TSTE® Darjeeling Tea
From The Grocer:
3 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into small wedges
1 TBS lime zest
PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray.
IN a large bowl, toss together sweet potatoes and TSTE® Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Sprinkle TSTE® Black Pepper - Medium Ground, TSTE® Cyprus Black Lava Sea Salt, and lime zest over top. Crumble the TSTE® Darjeeling Tea in your hands and sprinkle over top as well.
TOSS until potatoes are evenly coated.
SPREAD the potatoes evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 10 mins. Flip the potatoes. Continue to bake for an additional 10-20 mins, or until the potatoes brown and are slightly firm. Serve warm.
