COMBINE flour, baking powder, baking soda, chocolate chips, TSTE® Himalayan Fine Mineral Salt, and TSTE® Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend in a large bowl. Set aside.
BEAT together in a large bowl (or a stand mixer with whisk attachment): pumpkin, brown sugar, egg, vegetable oil, and milk. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry, folding in slowly until completely incorporated. Do not overmix.
COOK in a large, greased skillet over medium heat. About ¼ cup of batter will be needed for one pancake. Pancakes will need to be cooked about 3 mins per side or until cooked through.
SERVE sprinkled with TSTE® Dark Cocoa Sugar and TSTE® Maple Syrup - Granulated or maple syrup.
