From TSTE®½ tsp TSTE® Himalayan Fine Mineral Salt 3 tsp TSTE® Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend 1 TBS TSTE® Dark Cocoa Sugar 1 TBS TSTE® Maple Syrup - Granulated From the Grocer 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 cup pumpkin puree ¼ cup light brown sugar 1 large egg 3 TBS vegetable oil 1½ cups whole milk
COMBINE flour, baking powder, baking soda, chocolate chips, TSTE® Himalayan Fine Mineral Salt, and TSTE® Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend in a large bowl. Set aside. BEAT together in a large bowl (or a stand mixer with whisk attachment): pumpkin, brown sugar, egg, vegetable oil, and milk. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry, folding in slowly until completely incorporated. Do not overmix. COOK in a large, greased skillet over medium heat. About ¼ cup of batter will be needed for one pancake. Pancakes will need to be cooked about 3 mins per side or until cooked through. SERVE sprinkled with TSTE® Dark Cocoa Sugar and TSTE® Maple Syrup - Granulated or maple syrup. Yield: 12 pancakes Total Time: 21 mins Prep: 15 mins Cook: 6 mins
