    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    1 ½ lbs ground beef
    ½ of a red onion, chopped fine
    6 slices cheddar cheese
    6 hamburger buns

    HYDRATE Sundried Tomatoes in 1/3 cup water for about 10 mins.

    MIX Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Onion Obsession Spice Ble nd. Set aside.

    MIX mayonnaise, Cinnabar Smoke Spice Blend and Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt until blended. Combine with beef, onion, and Sundried Tomatoes and juice from soaking tomatoes.

    FORM into 6, 5-inch patties (they will shrink about an inch during cooking).

    GRILL to order.

    BRUSH insides of buns with Onion Obesseion/Olive oil mixture and grill until lightly toasted.

    ASSEMBLE burgers and serve with your favorite toppings!
