MAKE a tea concentrate. HEAT filtered water to 212°F. Steep TSTE® Black Chocolate Tea for 5 mins. Strain.ADD TSTE® Peppermint Patty Sugar and TSTE® Dark Cocoa Sugar and stir until dissolved fully in hot tea.SIMMER 1 cup of milk over medium-low heat until milk is hot.WHISK briskly to create light foam.ADD hot milk to tea concentrate. STIR and enjoy.
