    MAKE a tea concentrate. HEAT filtered water to 212°F. Steep Black Chocolate Tea for 5 mins. Strain.
    ADD Peppermint Patty Sugar and Dark Cocoa Sugar and stir until dissolved fully in hot tea.
    SIMMER 1 cup of milk over medium-low heat until milk is hot.
    WHISK briskly to create light foam.
    ADD hot milk to tea concentrate. STIR and enjoy.
    SERVE topped with whipped cream and sprinkled with additional Peppermint Patty Sugar & Dark Cocoa Sugar, or create your own tea latte! Substitute your favorite tea (using three times the label amount of tea for 8 oz. of water) and 2 tsp. of your favorite sugar!
