ADD butter to a medium saucepan and cook over low heat until melted.
MIX in TSTE® Cocoa - Natural, TSTE® Vanilla Turbinado Sugar, and evaporated milk.
COOK over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and has thickened slightly.
REMOVE from heat. Allow to cool for about two mins, then mix in the marshmallows and TSTE® Madagascar Pure Vanilla Extract. Stir until fully combined.
KEEP warm in a fondue pot or over very low heat. Serve warm with biscotti, pound cake, shortbread cookies, strawberries, bananas, apples, pineapple, cherries, etc.
