    1 ½ cups water
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    ¼ cup butter, softened
    5 Tbsp. milk
    4 cups powdered sugar

    PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Prepare two 8-inch round pans by lightly coating the bottoms with non-stick cooking spray. Beat cake mix, water, oil, and eggs on medium speed for two mins. Add Beer Powder and 1 Tbsp. Cocoa - Dutched and stir until combined.
    DIVIDE batter amongst pans and bake for 33-37 mins. (or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean). Allow to cool. In the meantime:
    PREPARE frosting. Beat butter, milk, powdered sugar, Madagascar Pure Vanilla Extract, and remaining Cocoa - Dutched until smooth.
    PLACE one 8-inch cake on a serving platter. Frost the top and place the second cake on top. Frost around the edges and the top. Enjoy with a nice cold glass of milk, or even a complementary beer!
