Chive & Romano Potato Smash

2 Tbsp. Chives
1 Tbsp. Shallots
3 Tbsp. Romano Cheese Powder
½ tsp. 4 Peppercorn Spice Blend , ground
1 tsp. Paprika - Smoked Sweet
½ cup heavy cream
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
COMBINE cream, Chives, Shallots, cream cheese, sour cream, Romano Cheese Powder, remaining Fleur de Sel Salt, and 4 Peppercorn Spice Blend.
FOLD into potatoes.
SPREAD into greased 3 qt casserole dish.
TOP with Paprika - Smoked Sweet.
BAKE immediately at 350° F for 45 mins. or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
