1 TBS + 1 tsp TSTE® Fleur de Sel, divided
2 TBS TSTE® Chives
1 TBS TSTE® Shallots
3 TBS TSTE® Romano Cheese Powder
½ tsp TSTE® 4 Peppercorn Spice Blend, ground
1 tsp TSTE® Paprika - Smoked Sweet

3 lbs Yukon gold potatoes, washed and quartered
½ cup heavy cream
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
COOK potatoes in salted (use 1 TBS TSTE® Fleur de Sel) water until tender, drain and mash (you can leave chunky if you prefer).
COMBINE cream, TSTE® Chives, TSTE® Shallots, cream cheese, sour cream, TSTE® Romano Cheese Powder, remaining TSTE® Fleur de Sel Salt, and TSTE® 4 Peppercorn Spice Blend.
FOLD into potatoes.
SPREAD into greased 3 qt casserole dish.
TOP with TSTE® Paprika - Smoked Sweet.
BAKE immediately at 350°F for 45 mins or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
