Ingredients

From The Spice & Tea Exchange®
1 pinch Chesapeake Bay Spice Blend
Several grinds 4 Peppercorn Spice Blend
½ tsp Paprika - Smoked Sweet 

From the Grocer
2 cups flaked smoked whitefish
2 TBS mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
4 drops hot pepper sauce
3 drops Worcestershire sauce
Lime wedges (optional garnish)
Banana peppers (optional garnish)

Preparation

ADD whitefish, mayonnaise, sour cream, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Chesapeake Bay Spice Blend, and 4 Peppercorn Spice Blend to a medium mixing bowl.
BLEND with a fork until consistency reaches a spread.
GARNISH with lime wedges and banana peppers and sprinkle with Paprika - Smoked Sweet.
SERVE with crackers.
