PREHEAT oven to 425°F. Cover a large baking sheet with foil and coat with non-stick cooking spray.
COMBINE Panko, Parmesan cheese, and Popcorn Seasoning Spice Blend in a large bowl and mix.
DREDGE the asparagus in flour.
DIP the asparagus into the beaten eggs and then coat the asparagus in the Panko mixture. Place onto baking sheet.
BAKE for 11- 13 mins or until crispy.
*Optional: Serve with cream cheese mixed with Vik’s Garlic Fix!
