From The Grocer1.5 lbs baby Yukon potatoes, halved 1.5 lbs petite red potatoes, halved 1 TBS Dijon mustard2 TBS honey
PREHEAT oven to 425°F. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil. Spray lightly with non-stick spray and set aside.RINSE potatoes and slice into quarters or halves, to preference. Place in a gallon zip-top bag.COMBINE Dijon mustard, honey, and Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a small mixing bowl until well blended.ADD Pork & Poultry Spice Blend, Turmeric Pepperberry Sea Salt, and Ginger - Ground.MIX well, then pour mixture into gallon zip-top bag. Seal bag and shake vigorously to coat potatoes in mixture. Spread potatoes on prepared baking tray and place in oven.BAKE for 25-30 mins, or until potatoes are tender and browned.
