PREHEAT oven to 425°F. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil. Spray lightly with non-stick spray and set aside.
RINSE potatoes and slice into quarters or halves, to preference. Place in a gallon zip-top bag.
COMBINE Dijon mustard, honey, and Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a small mixing bowl until well blended.
ADD Pork & Poultry Spice Blend, Turmeric Pepperberry Sea Salt, and Ginger - Ground.
MIX well, then pour mixture into gallon zip-top bag. Seal bag and shake vigorously to coat potatoes in mixture. Spread potatoes on prepared baking tray and place in oven.
BAKE for 25-30 mins, or until potatoes are tender and browned.
