From the Grocer¾ cup cream cheese, at room temperature1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped1 cup Greek-style yogurtToasted walnuts, chopped1 pkg pita bread
COMBINE cream cheese with Zahtar Spice Blend andVik’s Garlic Fix! Spice Blend; set aside 15 mins for flavors to bloom.TOSS cucumber with Lemon Sugar and set aside.WHISK together spiced cream cheese and yogurt. Fold in cucumbers and juices. Spread in a shallow serving dish and garnish with toasted walnuts. Drizzle Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil over dip.MAKE Cinnabar Smoke Pita triangles. Cut pita bread into triangles; brush with Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and lightly dust with Cinnabar Smoke Spice Blend.PLACE about 8 inches under a broiler until edges are just beginning to brown. Remove and serve with Zahtar Yogurt Dip.
