From the Grocer1 pineapple (if desired buy peeled, cored, and sliced for ease of preparation)1 orange bell pepper, chopped1 red bell pepper, chopped1 red onion, chopped1 lime, juicedExtra lime wedges for serving
CHOP off both ends of the pineapple. Cut it into halves and trim off the skin. GRILL the halves on both sides until they start turning a golden brown. Set aside to cool.Once cooled, slice each piece in half and then slice and discard the hard core from each quarter. Dice the remaining pineapple.ADD the pineapple and other ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
