From The Spice & Tea Exchange®¾ cup Sundried Tomato4 TBS Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 TBS Onion Obsession Spice Blend1½ TBS Cinnabar Smoke Spice Blend1 tsp Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt
From the Grocer1/3 cup mayonnaise1½ lbs ground beef½ of a red onion, chopped fine6 slices cheddar cheese6 hamburger bunsOther toppings
HYDRATE Sundried Tomatoes in 1/3 cup water for about 10 mins.
MIX Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Onion Obsession Spice Blend. Set aside.
MIX mayonnaise, Cinnabar Smoke Spice Blend and Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt until blended. Combine with beef, onion, and Sundried Tomatoes (including the water).
FORM into 6, 5-inch patties (they will shrink about an inch during cooking). Grill to order.
BRUSH insides of buns with olive oil and seasoning mixture and grill until lightly toasted.
ASSEMBLE burgers and serve with your favorite toppings!
