WHISK together sour cream, buttermilk, chives, Vik’s Garlic Fix, and Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt. Refrigerate.
SPREAD bacon slices on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with Tuscany Spice Blend and Vanilla Turbinado Sugar. Place pan of bacon in a cold oven. Set temperature to 400?F and bake for 15-20 mins or until crispy. Set bacon on paper towels to absorb excess grease. Once cooled, chop or crumble into small pieces and set aside.
REFRIGERATE lettuce, tomatoes, cheese in a salad bowl until chilled.
ASSEMBLE salad by tossing lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and bacon with dressing to taste.
