1 TBSP of Bonita Peach Rooibos Herbal Tea
1/4 cup Peach Bellini Sugar
4 oz sparkling water
Rosemary sprig, optional garnish
HEAT filtered water to 200°F.
STEEP 1 Tbsp Bonita Peach Rooibos Herbal Tea for 5 minutes. Strain. Let cool and chill tea in refrigerator.
MAKE Bonita Peach Sugar Simple Syrup
COMBINE ¼ cup of Bonita Peach Sugar and ¼ cup water into a small saucepan. Heat over medium-low; stir occasionally until sugar has fully dissolved. Set aside to cool.
*Makes approximately 8 ounces. Refrigerate leftover syrup for up to one week. Use to sweeten hot and cold drinks – or even as a dessert topping.*
MEASURE out 4 ounces of steeped tea.
POUR tea and 1 Tbsp Bonita Peach Simple Syrup in a shaker and shake.
POUR tea and simple syrup combination into a glass over ice.
TOP with Sparkling Water.
GARNISH with fresh rosemary.
Optional:
Rim Glass with Bonita Peach Sugar.
