Directions
- Prepare the Cake. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a bundt pan; set aside. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, kosher salt, and Chai Baking Spice Blend; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, 3 to 4 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in orange zest and vanilla extract.
- Add half of the flour mixture to the butter mixture, followed by sour cream and milk. Stir in remaining flour mixture until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared bundt pan and smooth top. Bake 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes before turning onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- Prepare Glaze. Steep 1 tsp of tea in 4 oz of water at 200°F for 5 minutes. Strain fully; discard herbal tea solids. Once cool, whisk tea with powdered sugar and Cranberry Orange Sugar until smooth and pourable.
- Finish & Serve. Drizzle glaze over cooled bundt cake. Sift powdered sugar over cake and top with blood orange slices and rosemary sprigs.
