Shake, Strain, & Pour Jar: Italian Dressing

This classic dressing is zesty, herb-forward, and refreshingly tangy. It works beautifully in garden salads, antipasto-style salads, pasta salads, and hearty Italian chopped salads, bringing bright flavor and balance to every bite.
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp honey

1 tsp Red Bell Pepper

1 tsp Italian Herb Spice Blend

4 tsp Tuscany Spice Blend

½ tsp Rosemary Basil Sea Salt

¼ tsp Garlic - Granulated

1/8 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flake

Directions
- Add Liquid Ingredients. Add extra virgin olive oil and white wine vinegar using the jar’s measurement markings as a guide.
- Add Remaining Ingredients. Add Dijon mustard, honey, Red Bell Pepper, Italian Herb Spice Blend, Tuscany Spice Blend, Rosemary Basil Sea Salt, Garlic - Granulated, and Crushed Red Pepper Flake.
- Secure Lid & Shake. Secure jar using the Sealing Lid; shake vigorously for 20 to 25 seconds to emulsify.
- For best results, prepare dressing one day before serving and refrigerate to allow spices to rehydrate and flavors to meld.
Serve. Just before serving, shake to re-emulsify. Taste and adjust seasonings, if needed. Secure jar with Spouted Lid for easy pouring. To store any leftovers, replace Spouted Lid with Sealing Lid and refrigerate.

Italian Dressing pairs well with these ingredients: romaine lettuce or mixed greens, Roma tomato, cucumber, red onion, green or black olive, banana pepper or pepperoncini, fresh mozzarella, shaved Parmesan, salami or pepperoni slices, grilled chicken, pasta.
