Ingredients
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp. fresh chives, finely chopped
-
1 Tbsp. Vik's Garlic Fix!
-
¼ tsp. Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt
- 1 lb bacon
-
Tuscany Spice Blend (to taste)
-
Vanilla Turbinado Sugar (to taste)
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1 pkg cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- WHISK together sour cream, buttermilk, chives, Vik's Garlic Fix, and Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt. Refrigerate.

- REFRIGERATE lettuce, tomatoes, cheese in a salad bowl until chilled.
- ASSEMBLE salad by tossing lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and bacon with dressing to taste.
