Sweet Party Popcorn

Ingredients

    • 6 to 7 cups popped popcorn
    • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
    • 1 Tbsp Dark Cocoa Sugar
    • kosher salt, to taste

    • 6 to 7 cups popped popcorn
    • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
    • 1 Tbsp Salted Caramel Monk Fruit Sweetener
    • kosher salt, to taste

    • 6 to 7 cups popped popcorn
    • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
    • 1 Tbsp Apple Cinnamon Crisp Sugar
    • ¼ tsp Cinnamon - Ceylon Ground
    • kosher salt, to taste

    Directions

    1. For each variety: add popcorn to a large bowl.
    2. On stovetop, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Once melted, add sugar (and spice, if applicable) and increase heat to medium-low. Stir continuously until most (if not all) of the sugar has dissolved, about 5 to 7 minutes.
    3. Drizzle over popcorn and mix with a wooden spoon until combined. Season with kosher salt to taste.
