"Everything Bagel" Mixed Nuts

Create a show-stopping presentation with this lox and bagels inspired brunch board. Headlined by soft and tangy whipped cream cheese and seasoned generously with our Everything Bagel and Herbal Garden Spice Blends. The rich and fresh flavor of our Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil provides the finishing touch. It's the perfect base for all the classic, loaded bagel accoutrements!
Ingredients
- 3 cups raw unsalted nuts (i.e. a mix of walnuts, pecans, almonds, and/or cashews)
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg white

1 oz. "Everything Bagel” Spice Blend
Directions
- PREHEAT oven to 325°F.
- IN a large bowl add nuts, parmesan cheese, and "Everything Bagel” Spice Blend. Toss.
- IN another large bowl, add the egg white and beat until frothy (and somewhat stiff).
- ADD nut mixture to the egg white and toss until thoroughly combined.
- SPREAD on a greased cookie sheet.
- BAKE for about 30 mins. (or until toasted and fragrant), stopping every ten mins. to scrape up mixture and lightly toss with a spatula.
- ALLOW to cool before serving.
- *Leftover mix can be stored in an airtight container for about 1 week.
