Ingredients

½ cup Salted Caramel Sugar

2 Tbsp Bacon Smoked Sea Salt

1½ tsp Sweet Habanero Sugar
- ½ cup dark brown sugar
- 1 egg white

2 Tbsp bourbon
- 1 lb pecan halves

Directions
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Mix Salted Caramel Sugar, Bacon Smoked Sea Salt, Sweet Habanero Sugar, and dark brown sugar until combined. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.
Stir in bourbon.
Add pecans and stir until coated evenly.
Add sugar mixture and stir until coated evenly.
Spread pecans on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes, tossing occasionally.
