Caramel Bacon Pecans

Flavored salts and sugars concentrate flavor to give these candied pecans a WOW factor! Make these salty, sweet, and spicy nuts for any occasion or simply for a late night snack!
Ingredients

½ cup Salted Caramel Sugar

2 TBS Bacon Smoked Sea Salt

1½ tsp Sweet Habanero Sugar
- ½ cup dark brown sugar
- 1 egg white
- 2 TBS bourbon
- 1 lb pecan halves
Directions
- PREHEAT oven to 300°F.
- MIX Salted Caramel Sugar, Bacon Smoked Sea Salt, Sweet Habanero Sugar, and brown sugar until combined. Set aside.
- IN a medium bowl, beat egg white until stiff.
- STIR in bourbon.
- ADD pecans and mix until coated evenly.
- ADD sugar mixture and mix until coated evenly.
- SPREAD pecans on a greased cookie sheet.
- BAKE for 30 mins, tossing occasionally.
