Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls

Looking for a quick, healthy meal that's ready when you get home from work? Just saute a couple items in the morning, add ingredients to a slow cooker, and stir in extra flavor using Cajun Spice Blend and Cumin - Ground. Then allow to cook and serve!
Ingredients

1 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 large yellow onion, chopped
- 2 lbs ground beef (or turkey)
- 1 small head green cabbage, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 - 14.5 oz. cans diced tomatoes (do not drain)
- 1 - 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 1 cup water

2 tsp. Himalayan Fine Mineral Salt

1 tsp. 4 Peppercorn Spice Blend

2 Tbsp. Cajun Spice Blend

1 tsp. Cumin - Ground
Directions
- HEAT a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- ADD Extra Virgin Olive Oil and onions to the skillet and cook until the onions are translucent. Set aside. Brown ground beef in the skillet. Drain.
- ADD onions, ground beef, and all remaining ingredients to a slow cooker. COOK on high for 4 hrs or low for 6-8 hrs.
- ALLOW to cool slightly before serving. Serve as-is or over rice or orzo garnished with chives (as pictured).
