Smoked Pepper Pork Bake

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. Cinnabar Smoke Spice Blend
  • 2 tsp. Aleppo Pepper Crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion Obsession Spice Blend
  • ½ butternut squash, cubed 1" pieces (approx. 2 cups)
  • 1 lb center cut pork chops, cubed (or protein of choice)
  • 1 lb asparagus spears

Directions

  1. PREPARE a baking tray with olive oil spray, parchment, or a non-stick mat.
  2. ADD butternut squash and pork to the tray. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp. Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, then sprinkle with Cinnabar Smoke Spice Blend and Aleppo Pepper Crushed. Toss lightly to coat.
  3. BAKE pork and squash for 15 mins. at 375°F.
  4. MEANWHILE, coat asparagus spears with 1 Tbsp. Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, then sprinkle with Onion Obsession Spice Blend. Toss lightly to coat.
  5. REMOVE tray from oven and add seasoned asparagus. Return to oven for 10-12 mins. (or until asparagus is tender).
