Weeknight dinner just got easier with this simple sheet pan roasted salmon. Accompanied by a cool and creamy sauce that's full of flavor, it is a perfect combination.
Ingredients
Creamy Coastal Sauce
- ¾ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 4 tsp lemon juice

1 Tbsp Coastal Blend Seasoning
Salmon
- 4 ea 6-ounce salmon filets, skin on

2 Tbsp Northwest Salmon Rub

2 tsp Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Optional Garnish, fresh dill
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
Prepare Sauce.
- Whisk together sauce ingredients until fully combined.
- Sauce can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to use.
Prepare Salmon.
- Drizzle ½ teaspoon of lemon olive oil on the flesh side of each salmon filet; spread to coat evenly. Divide the rub evenly to season the flesh side of each filet.
- On a parchment-lined baking sheet, arrange filets skin-side down. Roast for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve with Creamy Coastal Sauce and garnish with fresh dill.
