Garlic Roasted Sausage and Vegetables

Sausage and vegetables are roasted in olive oil and covered in paprika, pepper, and Vik's Garlic Fix resulting in a savory and oh-so-garlicky medley.
Ingredients
- 2 cups butternut squash, peeled & cubed into 1" cubes
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved top to bottom
- 3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tsp. Paprika - Smoked Sweet

½ tsp. Aleppo Pepper Crushed

2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. Vik's Garlic Fix! Spice Blend
- 1 lb sweet Italian sausage links, cut in half lengthwise
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
Directions
- PREHEAT oven to 425°F.
- COMBINE squash, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts and Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a mixing bowl.
- ADD Paprika - Smoked Sweet, Aleppo Pepper Crushed, and 2 Tbsp. Vik's Garlic Fix. Mix to thoroughly combine.
- POUR prepared vegetables out onto a foil lined large baking pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Place sausage on top of the vegetables.
- ROAST in oven 40-50 mins., turning once, until vegetables and sausages are cooked and browned.
- MELT butter with 2 tsp. Vik's Garlic Fix in the microwave. Stir together and drizzle over top of vegetables and sausage.
