Ingredients
- 2 ea English cucumbers, diced
- ½ medium white onion, minced
- 1½ cups apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup fresh dill

3 Tbsp Dill
Pickle Sea Salt, whole

2 Tbsp Mustard
- Yellow Seed

1 Tbsp Dill-e Dill-e
Seasoning
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan on low heat. Stir until the Dill Pickle Sea Salt and sugar have dissolved; adjust seasonings to taste. Refrigerate any leftovers in an air-tight container for up to 2 weeks.
