Quick and Easy Dips

An infinite number of tasty dips can be prepared with a simple sour cream base. This recipe highlights three of our favorite spice blends. Use an easy ratio of 8 ounces of sour cream per 2 Tablespoons of seasoning or spice blend (or a combination)!
Ingredients
- 8 oz sour cream
(choose one of the following blends)
- 2 Tbsp Onion Obsession Spice Blend
- 2 Tbsp Vik’s Garlic Fix! Spice Blend
- 2 Tbsp Coastal Blend Seasoning

Directions
- Mix spice blend of choice and sour cream thoroughly in a small bowl. Taste. Add more blend if needed—note that flavors will heighten the longer the dip has time to sit. Refrigerate until serving.
- Try each blend listed for three delicious dip variations with unique flavor profiles! This recipe will work with any blend, just as long as it is not a blend that contains pods, seeds, or whole peppercorns (which will not soften or “bloom” in the base).
- If a thicker dip or spread is desired, opt for a base such as using whipped cream cheese, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, mascarpone cheese, or a combination.
