Quick and Easy Dips
An infinite number of tasty dips can be prepared with a simple sour cream base. This recipe highlights three of our favorite spice blends. Use an easy ratio of 8 ounces of sour cream per 2 Tablespoons of seasoning or spice blend (or a combination)!
Ingredients
8 oz sour cream

2 Tbsp Onion Obsession Spice Blend
2 Tbsp Vik’s Garlic Fix! Spice Blend
2 Tbsp Coastal Blend Seasoning

Directions
Mix spice blend of choice and sour cream thoroughly in a small bowl. Taste. Add more blend if needed—note that flavors will heighten the longer the dip has time to sit. Refrigerate until serving.
Try each blend listed for three delicious dip variations with unique flavor profiles! This recipe will work with any blend, just as long as it is not a blend that contains pods, seeds, or whole peppercorns (which will not soften or “bloom” in the base).
If a thicker dip or spread is desired, opt for a base such as using whipped cream cheese, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, mascarpone cheese, or a combination.
