Brighten the table with three different hummus flavors made with fresh, wholesome ingredients. The perfect snack or appetizer for a party! Gluten and dairy free, as well as vegan friendly.
Ingredients
For Jalapeño Cilantro Hummus:
-
1 tsp. Jalapeño Pepper Powder
- ½ cup tahini
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for garnishing
- 2- 15 oz. cans of chickpeas, drained and liquid reserved
- Juice of one lemon

1 tsp. Cilantro, plus extra for garnish
For Savory Zahtar Hummus:
-
3 tsp. Zahtar Spice Blend, plus extra for garnish

½ tsp. Garlic Powder
- ½ cup tahini
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for garnishing
- 2- 15 oz. cans of chickpeas, drained and liquid reserved
- Juice of one lemon
For Beet & Garlic Hummus:

2 ½ tsp. Beetroot Powder

1 tsp. Roasted Black Garlic Sea Salt
- ½ cup tahini
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for garnishing
- 2- 15 oz. cans of chickpeas, drained and liquid reserved
- Juice of one lemon
Directions
- COMBINE all ingredients for your variation of choice in a food processor.
- PROCESS until smooth, adding reserved chickpea liquid as needed to thin puree.
- TASTE and adjust seasoning as needed.
- SERVE, drizzled with olive oil and a sprinkle of cilantro (Jalapeno Cilantro Hummus), a sprinkle of Zahtar (Savory Zahtar Hummus), or a few whole chickpeas (Beet & Garlic Hummus).
