Ingredients

    • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon Plum Herbal Tea
    • 1 tsp Pink Pepperberry
    • 4 oz water at 200ºF
    • ½ cup sugar

    • 1 oz spiced syrup
    • 1 dash orange bitters
    • 1 small fresh rosemary sprig, rinsed
    • 2 tsp fresh pomegranate arils
    • 5 oz Champagne, Prosecco or Cava

    Directions

    1. Prepare Spiced Syrup. Combine herbal tea, pink pepperberry, and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. When water just begins to simmer, turn off heat and cover; steep for 5 minutes. Stir in sugar until fully dissolved. Strain fully; discard tea. Allow to cool before cocktail assembly. Store leftover syrup in the refrigerator for up to one week. Yields approximately 6 ounces.
    2. Assemble Cocktail. Add spiced syrup, orange bitters, rosemary sprig, and pomegranate arils to a champagne flute or coupe glass. Top with Champagne, Prosecco, or Cava, approximately 5 ounces.
