Ingredients
- 9 oz vodka

2 Tbsp Black Chocolate Tea
- Peppermint Patty Syrup

3 oz Peppermint Patty Sugar
- 3 oz water at 200°F
- 2 oz tea-infused vodka
- 1 oz peppermint patty syrup
- 1 oz Kahlúa coffee liqueur
- ½ oz water
- ½ oz egg white, optional
Tea-Infused Vodka
Drink Assembly
Directions
- Infuse Vodka. Combine vodka and black tea; infuse at room temperature for 2 to 4 hours. Strain fully; discard tea leaves. Yields approximately 8 ounces.
- Prepare Simple Syrup. Combine sugar and hot water in a heat-safe container. Stir until fully dissolved. Allow to cool before drink assembly. Yields approximately 5 ounces.
- Assemble Cocktail. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice; secure lid and shake vigorously to chill and foam. Strain into a martini or coupe glass.
