Directions
- Prepare Rosé Hibiscus Simple Syrup. Portion A Good Day for Rosé White Tea and Hibiscus Flower in a tea bag or tea infuser. In a heat-proof glass, add honey and hot water; stir until completely dissolved. Add the white tea-hibiscus blend and steep, covered, for 4 minutes. Remove the tea bag or infuser; discard tea solids. Set simple syrup aside to cool completely.
- Prepare Rose Sugar Rim. Just before cocktail assembly, lightly wet the rim of a small coupe glass with the lemon wedge. Pour the Rose Sugar on a small plate into a thin layer. Roll the coupe glass rim over the sugar until evenly coated; set aside.
- Assemble Cocktail. Add rosé hibiscus simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and gin to the Shake Strain & Pour Jar or cocktail shaker; add ice. Secure and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds; strain into the prepared coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
- Note: store any remaining syrup in an airtight container in the refrigerator and enjoy within one week.
