This frosty twist on the classic Cuban cocktail is light, refreshing, and bursting with mint and lime. Infused with Mint Mojito Black Tea and a touch of Mint Mojito Sugar, it’s the ultimate summer cooler.

Ingredients
Frozen Mint Mojito

8 oz Mint Mojito Black Tea, brewed and chilled
- 4 oz white rum
- 1 oz fresh lime juice

2 Tbsp Mint Mojito Sugar
- 1 cup ice
- 6 ea fresh mint leaves

2 to 3 Tbsp Key Lime Sugar
- 1 ea lime wedge
- garnish fresh mint sprigs
Special Equipment: blender
Directions
- Prepare the Mojito. Steep Mint Mojito Black Tea according to instructions and chill in fridge.
- In a blender, combine chilled tea, rum, lime juice, Mint Mojito Sugar, ice, and mint leaves. Blend until slushy.
- To a shallow dish, add Key Lime Sugar. Run a lime wedge over the rim of two glasses and dip each glass into the sugar.
- Assemble Cocktail. Pour into sugar-rimmed glasses. Garnish with a mint sprig.
