This fun twist on a Mai Tai bursts with tropical flavors and gentle chai spices, bringing a splash of warm island vibes to any occasion!

Ingredients

1 oz Lush Tropic Chai White Tea, brewed
- 1½ oz pomegranate juice
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1½ oz spiced rum

3 Tbsp Pineapple Sugar
- garnish pineapple slice
Directions
- Prepare Tea. Steep Lush Tropic Chai White Tea per package instructions. Strain fully; discard tea leaves. Chill infusion.
- Rim Glass. Dip the rim of glass in water or lemon juice, then dredge rim in Pineapple Sugar.
- Assemble. Fill glass with ice. Layer ingredients in the following order: pomegranate juice, brewed tea, pineapple juice, and spiced rum (pour each slowly to maintain layers). Garnish with pineapple slice.
